Delivery and Pickup
Delivery Cost: Delivery is charged at a base rate of $20 up to 10km, then a further $2 per km after that. We believe this to be fair to cover the costs of our time, fuel, any tolls accrued, and the return trip to pick up our hire items the next day.
Timing: Deliveries are scheduled at time of booking but we can accommodate changes if it doesn't affect other deliveries, just message us, we're happy to help.
Setup Assistance: Available for select items (e.g., Wedding Ceremony Package #4) in Brisbane. Additional fees may apply for complex setups.
Self-Pickup: Available by appointment at our storage location in Cooper Plains.
