At Weatherall Weddings, we make renting elegant décor for your Brisbane wedding simple and stress-free. Below are our policies to ensure a smooth experience.
Reservations: Secure your rental items by booking online or contacting us at 0434 211 510. Early booking is recommended to ensure availability.
Payments: We accept credit cards and bank transfers. A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 7 days before your event.
Duration: Standard rentals are for 1-4 days, including delivery and pickup. Extended rentals are available—contact us for a quote.
Setup: Some items include setup assistance in Brisbane and surrounds.
Cancellations: Notify us at least 14 days before your event for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 7 days incur a 50% fee.
Damage/Loss: Customers are responsible for damages beyond normal wear. A refundable security deposit may be required.
