Welcome to Weatherall Weddings, Brisbane’s trusted boutique wedding and events rental provider. By renting with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Reservations

Reservation Process: All rentals must be booked through our website (rentals.weatherallweddings.com.au) or by contacting us at 0434 211 510 or [email protected].

Availability: Items are subject to availability. Early booking is recommended.

Confirmation: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the balance due 7 days before your event.

Discount Code: Use code *CELEBRATE* at checkout for a 10% discount on your rental order (valid until Dec 31, 2025).

Rental Agreement

Rental Period: Standard rentals are for 1-4 days, including delivery and pickup. Extended rentals can be arranged—contact us for a quote.

Use of Items: Rentals are for event use only (e.g., weddings, engagements) and must not be modified or damaged beyond normal wear.

Setup: Select items include setup assistance in Brisbane and surrounds (e.g., ceremony arches). Additional fees may apply for complex setups.

Payments & Fees

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards and bank transfers via our secure checkout.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required for high-value items, returned after inspection for damages.

Late Fees: Late returns incur a fee of $50 per day unless pre-arranged.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations: Cancellations 14+ days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days incur a 50% fee. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Non-delivery due to our error qualifies for a full refund.

Liability & Damages

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for damages beyond normal wear. Replacement costs will be charged for lost or irreparable items.

Weatherall Weddings Liability: We are not liable for injuries or damages caused by improper use of rental items.
