Balloon Arch Frame

Made of plastic with 8 cross bars to make 3 sizes (2.5mW x 2.4mH, 3.0mW x 2.2mH, 3.5mW x 2.0mH) and the base chamber can be filled with water to weigh it down. Best used on concrete or other hard surface if using outdoors.
